Meet The Team
Redis Pellumbi | Co-founder
Redis presently serves as the Co-Owner of Doves Home Buyers and is an engaged landlord. He possesses an innate entrepreneurial spirit, having been self-employed throughout his career, which includes the establishment of a successful catering business. Concurrently, Redis has been steadily building his portfolio of rental properties and has ventured into the realm of house flipping.
Within the Doves team, Redis holds the role of Lead Generation, and Project Acquisitions, where his primary focus lies in the management of leads, property acquisitions, sales, and assisting with various backend processes. He specializes in guiding sellers through challenging circumstances, exhibiting proficiency in navigating short sales and foreclosures.
Outside of his professional pursuits, Redis resides in Wakefield, Massachusetts, alongside his wife, Alda, and their two children. He actively advocates for a healthy and active lifestyle and is dedicated to giving back to the community. As an impassioned real estate professional, Redis actively participates in local networking events and mentoring programs, in addition to contributing to real estate podcast shows.
Adi Pellumbi | Co-founder
Adi currently holds the position of Co-Owner at Doves Home Buyers & Doves Realty. He is an active landlord and holds a license as a Real Estate agent in Massachusetts. Before embarking on his career as a Real Estate investor and entrepreneur, he spent several years working as a Software Engineer for various companies. Adi earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Salem State University, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class.
Within Doves Home Buyers, Adi's primary responsibilities encompass Business Development. His presence has injected a unique perspective into the local real estate market, driven by a solid foundation in analytical, financial, and sales skills.
Beyond the confines of the office, Adi resides in Braintree, Massachusetts, with his wife, Marisa, and their three children. He is an advocate for maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle and takes pleasure in contributing to the community. As a dedicated real estate professional, Adi actively engages in local networking events, mentoring programs, and real estate podcast shows.
